We will replace your yarn at no cost if it is damaged in shipping. Please return to us with a full explanation.
You have 90 days to return yarn in its original condition as long as the Seed Stitch Fine Yarn inventory/price tag is on your item(s). Returns is for store credit only. You will be notified of your store credit by e-mail. We will not give credit for our shipping costs.
You are responsible for all shipping costs involved in your return. Your exchange or credit must have the original receipt, your e-mail address, telephone number and address included with your merchandise. You may also return your item(s) within 90 days directly to our store located at 21 Front Street in Salem, MA 01970 .
When returning merchandise please insure it for its full value. SSFY is not responsible for uninsured packages.
Classes: Students needing to cancel a previously paid class registration will receive store credit for cancelations made one week prior to the start of class. No store credits will be issued for cancelations made seven days or less before the start of the first class. If a class should be cancelled by SSFY, students will receive store credit or full refund. SSFY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time.
